Welcome to Callout Chimp, your trusted provider of emergency call out services for domestic electricians, plumbers, and gas engineers. Before using our services, we kindly ask that you carefully read and understand our terms and conditions. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Service Fees

Our fee covers the engineer for the first hour of service and first hour of labour only. Any additional work that exceeds this hour is between the engineer and the customer, and any additional fees will be discussed and agreed upon between the two parties. We reserve the right to update our service fees at any time, and we will notify our customers of any changes.

Service Availability

We aim to provide our services 24/7, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our services at all times. In the event that we are unable to provide our services due to circumstances beyond our control, we will notify our customers as soon as possible.

Customer Obligations

Customers must provide accurate and detailed information about the issue they are experiencing when requesting our services. Customers must also provide a safe and suitable working environment for our engineers to carry out their work. Failure to do so may result in additional fees or delays in completing the work. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of our services, We are also not responsible for any damages or costs that may arise as a result of work carried out by our engineers that exceeds the initial hour of service. All engineers are Sub-Contracted and have a minimum £1,000,000 public liability insurance cover.

Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if we believe that a customer has violated our terms and conditions or engaged in any illegal activity. We also reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
